Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, or choose a QR code option for a printer-free drop-off at a participating location.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a secure box, ensuring all components are included, and affix the return shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
